Aaaa! I spent a few hours thinking - how am I going to save this? I love this fabric! I spent more then I wanted to on this fabric! Needless to say, I cut off 2 inches and added an elastic casing. And voila! A cute summer top emerged. Here's the back view:Wednesday, July 2, 2008

ReplyDeleteThanks for all the wonderful comments. It's really nice to have other people besides my poor husband to share my creations with.
ReplyDeleteThe color, fabric, and final design really work together well! Seems like all the "blousy" patterns lately are just huge, but you did a great job making this figure flattering!
ReplyDeleteI love your version of the top and great blog.
ReplyDeleteSuper Cute! I normally wouldn't have looked twice at this pattern but your version is so cute I may just have to try it out.
