Always make a muslin though. Being 5'9,75 myself and having made Burda models for about 10 years, the only change I've ever had to make, length-wise, is lengthening pant-legs.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3357280502639180937.post-76740738566859413132011-11-07T08:56:12.756-06:002011-11-07T08:56:12.756-06:00I currently subscribe to Burda but have bought sin...I currently subscribe to Burda but have bought single issues in store for $13 each. There's lots in it that I really like and, as always, I love your picks. I definitely want to make the dress with the peter pan collar and that skirt with the topstitching is exactly the kind of skirt that I love to make, and wear. I know that you will make that one really beautifully because your topstitching is always perfect!Eugeniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07584571701550775408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3357280502639180937.post-52078325698465115522011-09-26T06:17:56.601-05:002011-09-26T06:17:56.601-05:00you get Burda SO far in advance! I just started with the black dress with lace insert. The muslin looks pretty good, even it is a petite sizing. Maybe because I'm short wasted the bodice still fits without adjustments.DOORTJE::https://www.blogger.com/profile/01888210423828877975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3357280502639180937.post-75609074723566726642011-09-25T18:43:36.597-05:002011-09-25T18:43:36.597-05:00My subscription ended, but I ordered Sept. and Oct...My subscription ended, but I ordered Sept. and Oct.
